Are the colors on your silk screened items a little misaligned, overlapping or just don't have accurate, consistent placement?

Reason: Each screen is separate and they are not being accurately aligned and the quality assurance process does not catch it.

Solution: Each color on a silk screen is a separate "screen". One is placed on another to make the image you are looking for. If the process is done manually, there is always the danger that a misalignment could occur. We use an automated process so that each screen is placed in the precise location it belongs. Also, should something become misaligned, that item would not pass our quality assurance step. It would never get to you.
